Established in 1984, Sunrise Aluminium (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunrise Aluminium (H.K.) Co., Ltd. We are a registered aluminum extruder manufacturer, of which the business is involved in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, the United States, Switzerland, France, Germany and China. Meanwhile, our factory is located in Shenzhen, covering an area of over 65,000 square meters, and we have invested over USD18,000,000 in plant development.
Moreover, we are equipped with advanced production equipment ranging from 500MT, 880MT, 920MT, 1460MT to 2,100MT extrusion press machines. Our annual production capacity has exceeded 18,000 metric tons. Additionally, we are also an integrated manufacturer of aluminum products specialized in standard profiles as well as custom, architectural, industrial extrusions and casting products.
The operating autonomy includes billet casting, die design and manufacturing, aluminum extrusions, finishing (anodizing in silver, bronze, champagne, black and gold colors), lacquering, powder coating, liquid coating, fluorocarbon spraying in different colors, thermal improvement, fabrication, assembly and packaging. All of these processes are done on-site. We also have a complete production line for producing aluminum windows and related accessories.
We implement strict quality control procedures in the company and plant, from buying raw materials, taking purchase orders, production, inspection, packaging to delivering final goods. Our quality inspection is carried out at every stage of the manufacturing process from the beginning to the end. Furthermore, we have our own labs equipped with most advanced instruments for quality testing and inspection to ensure superior quality that meets worldwide clients' specifications and requirements. We issue full mill certificates for overseas clients.
