We are the first in toy industry to granted ISO9001 certificate for Quality System, ISO14001 certificate for Environmental Management System and OHSAS-18001 for Occupational health and safety management system. Now we are applying for ICTI certificate which is International Council of Toy Industrial Code of Business Practices.
We own 18 professional toy designers. They can create and develop new models over 1000 items every year.From 1995, we took part in Canton Fair as a exhibitor for 22 times, Nurnberg Toy Fair in Germany for 10 times. Our OEM designs already forms Kayee’s characteristic. The distinctive style of show, new and creative of lovely toys give customers much impression. The fair gives us a good stage and chance to show and develop our business.
From 2003, we published advertisement on specialized magazines of fair each time and got good effect. 80% of our customers are from the fair, 60% of our sales volume is from the Fair, the canton fair is the most important place and essential channel. All the preparation for canton fair is the one of our most important in our daily-work.
On Jun. 2005, we are lucky to be one of official licensed manufacturer for Beijing 2008 Olympic Game. After we finished design from plane drawings to real plush toys, we supplied over 1.5 million products to the market and turnover is around RMB 1 billion in two months later. On Feb.2006, we get two License Agreements 《Tom & Jerry》、《Scooby Doo》 with Warner Bros. Consumer Products Inc.
We become only manufactory as licensee for these two articles with the manufacture, distribution and sale in China, Hongkong and Macau.Tianjin zhongyi toy factory is directly under to Beijing Kayee Toy Co.,Ltd and independent accounting. It located in Jixian Economical & Technical Developing Zone, Tianjin.
It takes one hour to get the factory from CBD, Beijing city. It covers an area of 20,000 square meters and workshops occupy 13,000 square meters. The all-sealed workshops provide a clean environment for manufacturing, the safety detective equipment and strict quality control system ensures reliability and sanitation standards of products.
