Our group, founded in 1987, the output of refrigerant R22 has reached 100,000MT per year. The annual output of green refrigerant is 10,000MT, and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is 60,000MT, the fluorine salts is 20,000MT. The PTFE is 10,000MT per year, the new material is 50,000MT, and the calcium chloride is 20,000MT. The capacity, technology, and market share of several main products took the first place in Asia.'Dongyue' has become a famous brand in Shandong province, and was the first brand in polymer material and new environment-protection refrigerants industry in China.
Our group includes the following units now: Shandong Dongyue Chemical Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongyue Polymer Material Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongyue-Qinghua New Technique Research & Development Center, Dongyue Management Company, Huantai Hotel, Dongyue International Import & Export Company, Dongyue Material Purchase Center, Dongyue Farm.
With a view to green and environment protection, cooperating with the Qinghua University, our group firstly produced the series products of Dongyue-Qinghua green refrigerant. The new environment protect refrigerant R415b and R418a were awarded national high-tech prize, and approved and popularized by USA SNAP Plan, meanwhile acquired the international unional code.
Our group is trying our best on the R&D of the polymer material. The foundation and production of PTFE 10,000MT per year finished the history that the China polymer material depends on the import products and the domestic production is low-level and small scale, which indicates that Dongyue Group has become one high science and technology enterprise in the world.
In the past years, our group has passed authentication of ISO9002 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System and ISO10012 Metering System. Depending on the advantage in "Scale, science and technology, brand and culture", our group has become an outstanding supplier for military industry, household electric appliances, medicine, automobile, space flight, electronics, etc. We became the excellent supplier of more than 50 electric companies such as Chunlan, Haier, Gree, Meidi, and Changhong.
