With a registered capital of USD76,152,000, we are mainly engaged in import and export, logistics, real estate development and management, and industrial investment.On May 25, 1998, Xiamen C&D Inc. issued to the public 50,000,000 common RMB shares at the price of 6.01 per share on Shanghai Stock Exchange and on June 16, 1998, Xiamen C&D Inc. was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The total trade amount is increasing bit by bit in these years. In 2004, the import and export volume of Xiamen C&D Inc. reached USD1,237,350,000, 49.25% more than in 2003. Our major products include mechanical and electronics products, textiles, light industry products, arts and crafts, hardware and mineral products, chemical products, medical care devices and equipment, health care products, and cereal and oil product.
