Zouping Yikang Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. Operating three subsidiary companies, we have fixed assets worth USD120,000,000 and over 980 personnel including 300 skilled technicians. Our company is mainly engaged in the production dextrose glucose for food processing and pharmaceutical purposes.
Our company outputs a wide range of products that include injection-purpose anhydrous glucose, oral crystal glucose, cornstarch, soybean salad oil, corn albumen powder, bean dregs, thick corn fibers, thin corn fibers, and corn syrup. With all products in accordance with CP2000, BP2000 and USP26 standards, we are currently shipping 60% of our production to clients worldwide. Our main markets now cover Korea, Thailand, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Pakistan, Philippines, Malaysia, Iran, South Africa, Egypt, Colombia, and Brazil.
We boast facilities covering 38,000 square meters, equipped with some of the finest domestic and imported equipment available. Our annual production capacity now stands at 60,000 metric tons of cornstarch, 25,000 metric tons of crystal glucose for oral use, 230,000 metric tons of soybeans, 60,000 metric tons of salad oil, and 25,000 metric tons of injection grade anhydrous glucose.
Our QC department was established in 1998 when the company was first founded. At present, there are 45 quality inspection technicians working in this department. The department consists of a raw materials laboratory, finished product laboratory, standard solution laboratory, and microorganism laboratory. With QC technicians stationed throughout the entire production process linked to our quality administrative and information transmission system, we are able to guarantee that product inspection and testing are 100% accurate.
Our center was set up in 2000. It occupies an office area of 200 square meters with assets worth over USD122,000. We have earned both local and provincial recognition for our contributions to this industry. In 2000, we were acknowledged by the Shandong Province Science and Technology as a new high-tech enterprise, obtaining ISO9000 and GMP authentication for our quality management system. We have also made key developments in the domestic industry of anhydrous glucose production that won the Provincial Progressive Scientific Award.
