We are a state-owned manufacturer and exporter of plastics located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Our product range includes plastic containers (fixed, foldable, trays etc), plastic sheets and panels, corrugated and foam plastic pipes, engineering plastic products, profiled bars, and so on. Since we were established in 1956 we have gradually expanded to manufacture products for the automobile, foodstuff, home electric appliance, medicinal, electronics, and bioengineering industries.
We have acquired ISO9002 and QS9000 quality system authentication, and are presently operating in accordance with criteria stipulated in VDA6.1 standards. Advanced production equipment has been imported from Austria, Germany, Italy, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. These apparatus include 50 sets of twin-screw extruders, 48 injection machines, and integrated lines for outputting sheets and corrugated pipes. These injection machines range from 3 - 1500MT, with capacities of between 10 - 10,000 grams. Currently, our monthly manufacturing capability is in excess of 580MT.
In recent years, through cooperation with multinational companies such as GM, Philips, Samsung, Volkswagen and Logitech, we have obtained the technical and professional knowledge required to gain a place in the international plastics market. Our R&D capability has been greatly advanced by the use of CAD/CAM technology; and we are able to produce all kinds of goods and molds in accordance with your special OEM/ODM requirements.
